We were delighted to attend the Exeter Property Awards at Sandy Park on 19th November. It was a great chance to meet up with clients and old friends from the Exeter property sector.

SunGift was shortlisted in two categories: Green Initiative and Suppliers & Services. It was exciting to be finalists, but even more thrilling to be named winners in both categories, especially as this is the very first years for these awards. In the Green Initiative we were joint winners with Grenadier, which has been doing some great work in the region, with Sideshore in Exmouth and St Margaret’s Residences in Exeter.

What the judges said about SunGift

Green Initiative: “Ahead of the game when it comes to environmental impact. Received a groundbreaking A rating in energy performance with projects all highly sustainable.”

Suppliers & Services: “Impressive range of projects, from Tesla Megapacks at 100+ newbuilds to solar PV and electric storage for councils and work with the Science Park, South West Water through to farms.”

Thank you to the judges, Helen Da Costa, Director of enabling services, Coreus Group; James McKechnie, National director, Hydrock; Louise Glanville, Head of Exeter city sales, Knight Frank; Mark Newbery, Managing director, Sapphire Spaces and Toshiko Terazono, Lecturer in Architecture, Plymouth University.
