This Friday hundreds of music lovers will be flocking to ‘Proms in Bicton Park’ (near Budleigh Salterton), at an event sponsored by SunGift.
Set in Bicton Park’s idyllic Italian Gardens, the proms will feature ‘India’s finest tenor’ Anando Mukerjee and soprano Laure Meloy. Music will include popular operatic arias, songs from musical theatre, ‘Nessun Dorma’, `Rule Britannia’, and there will be a spectacular firework finale by Bicton’s Lake.
Those attending are invited to bring their own picnic, chairs and rugs to make the evening a wonderful occasion for family and friends.
SunGift is delighted to be supporting the event, which will raise money for Hospiscare, which not only provides specialist end-of-life care for those with a terminal illness, but also supports families across Exeter, mid Devon and east Devon.
