An important notice for those requiring maintenance on domestic non-SunGift systems

We are often asked to troubleshoot and maintain non-SunGift systems and generally we’re more than happy to do so. However, due to the current high volume of enquiries and projects across the company, for our domestic customers we’re currently prioritising the maintenance of SunGift installed systems.

Fingers crossed, we are hoping to begin fixing and maintaining non-SunGift systems within 8-10 weeks and we’re working hard to get to that point. Currently, we’re taking commercial system enquiries as normal.
