Helen is our Operations and Maintenance Manager, having joined the team at SunGift in September last year.
Helen helps both our existing customers and new customers with system upgrades, new monitoring technologies, and maintenance and remedial work on existing systems.
Helen sees her role as protecting people’s investments by making sure that their system is generating as it should be. Maintenance checks and servicing also ensure the continued safety of a system and can help prevent faults occurring. Since starting in her role Helen reports that she loves the fast-paced environment here at SunGift and working with an excellent team of experts!
Currently, Helen is working on developing further comprehensive servicing plans (more details to be released in 2018!).
As well as being an enthusiastic O&M Manager, Helen is also an accomplished cellist and frequently plays in the Exeter Music Group Symphony Orchestra.
