Fred has worked in the renewable energy industry for 8 years. Before starting at SunGift he was involved in a wide range of commercial and domestic projects.
His wealth of experience in energy efficiency makes him perfectly suited to his current role. As an energy efficiency surveyor and LED lighting specialist, Fred surveys commercial scale buildings to identify energy saving opportunities. Following the initial survey, he then designs and implements the most appropriate solution for the client.
Fred’s work satisfaction comes from his clients’ reactions to the energy savings and improved lighting that LEDs bring!
In his spare time Fred enjoys spending time with his wife and two year old daughter. He also enjoys playing football for Lyme Regis, where he grew up, as it gives him the opportunity to keep in touch with friends and family.
Fred has always dreamt of designing and building his own house in the rural outskirts of Exeter for his family.
