With a degree in geography and a specialism in renewable energy and sustainability, Kelly has three years experience in a renewable environment and previously worked in the Green Energy Team at EDF, complementing our installation teams perfectly.
Kelly’s role kicks into action as soon as a domestic customer accepts a solar PV quote from us. She’s the liaison point for every aspect of how a job runs, from calling customers and arranging installation times, to arranging EPCs, organising scaffolding, ordering parts, and ensuring that jobs are finished to perfection with all the loose ends tied up.
“I’m on the end of a phone whenever customers need me,” said Kelly, “and I’m always happy to help and find a solution. I enjoying chatting to customers and finding out what their exact requirements are so that we can ensure that their installation goes as smoothly as possible.”
Kelly, who lives in Exeter, is currently organising her own wedding at Exeter University, which takes place in just seven weeks. When she isn’t liaising with customers she enjoys cooking, eating out, socialising, and walking. “I love organising things,” added Kelly, “which is why this is my perfect job. “
