About Jenny: Once your renewable energy survey has been completed, despite the fact that there is a huge amount of organisation going on in the background at SunGift, it can seem as though generating your proposal is very simple. One of the many reasons for this is the exceptional skills of our design team administrator Jenny Wilson who ensures that our procedures continue to run smoothly through the design and specification stage following your survey.
A impeccable co-ordinator, Jenny keeps charge of our jobs from the minute a surveyor returns from your site to the minute the job is accepted – when she then hands the reigns over to your dedicated SunGift project manager (your single point of contact through every step of your installation). Jenny’s role includes taking care of all of the forms and administration from surveyors, allocating jobs to the right specialist designer, liaising with Western Power, chasing up the designers’ work to ensure that the quote comes back to you in good time, and following up with customers, ensuring that if you have any queries they are answered by the people with the right knowledge.
