It’s been brought to our attention that many of our customers are receiving unsolicited calls from companies offering to annually service their solar PV system in exchange for a monthly fee, to install expensive upgrades with promises of unrealistic additional generation or to pay them a one-off lump sum in exchange for their Feed-in Tariff.

We would urge you to contact us before signing up to any third party offer and exercise caution in signing away your Feed-in Tariff. In our experience these offers rarely add up. It would seem to us that if a company offers to pay a lump sum in return for receiving ongoing Feed-in Tariff payments it is because they make more money this way, meaning you are likely losing out.
