After having installed a substantial PV system at Advanced Pallet Systems in Bideford, the management were intrigued when Sungift introduced the idea of replacing/upgrading all lighting within the business to LED.
We conducted a full survey of their existing systems and gathered information to qualify how long the lighting were used for each day and for how many days of the year. The resulting figures showed a reduction in lighting energy of 65% which was a substantial 84,000kWh per annum.
Feedback from the client is also that the lights have transformed the working areas of their workshop areas and offices, making them brighter, clearer, and far safer for their employees, many of whom are working with hazardous tools and machinery on a daily basis so light quality is extremely important.
