It’s been a long time coming, but Exeter’s first zero-carbon development, Holland Park, is finally on the horizon – and we’re thrilled to be installing solar PV on 40 of the houses there.

Built by Heritage New Homes, the development – which stands at the edge of the golf course in Old Rydon Lane – is a mixture of luxury 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses, all of which will be AA energy rated.

In addition to the solar PV systems that SunGift will be installing, the houses also feature extra-thick insulation, underfloor heating and the latest low-energy triple-glazed windows.  These measures make each home 75% more energy efficient than other homes currently being built under today’s most modern building regulations.  The result is lower energy bills, less reliance on energy companies, and a much more comfortable home of the future.
