As you may know the government is currently running a boiler scrappage scheme for England giving households a £400 incentive if they upgrade a G-rated boiler for a modern heating system.

What a lot of people are unaware of is that this scheme also covers heat pumps.

As MCS accredited heat pump installers this means that our customers qualify for an additional £900 Low Carbons Building Programme grant against installation.

That’s £1,300 available towards the installation of an air source heat pump!

In a lot of cases we can work with existing radiators so that you don’t have to replace gas with gas. An air source heat pump can simply and quickly be installed and will immediately help cut household fuel bills, without you needing to change your lifestyle in any way.

We can also work with older properties that have been thermally upgraded, helping to cut CO2 emissions by half and reduce running costs by at least 30% over a gas boiler. You may also be interested to hear that many of the air source heat pumps we install are manufactured in the UK and so are relatively locally produced.

Prices continue to rise year-on-year and even the most modern systems are less than 100% efficient compared an air source heat pump which can easily provide all the heating and hot water needed at efficiency levels of 300% 400%.
