We were most impressed by the competence and ability of your installation teams. They worked smoothly and efficiently and completed the work without a hitch. They were also polite, careful and neat, and very willing to discuss problems and give advice. Mike and Mark were particularly helpful in solving some wiring issues. The material used seems of excellent quality, and your quotation was very competitive. Dealing with your office was a pleasure. Ellen and Karen were always helpful, and replies to questions were prompt and full.

"We recently moved house inheriting a Simplee Solar installation, which from what we can gather never worked as well as being entirely unsuitable for the property. Sungift not only got our hot water working during their initial consultation but also offered us advice and expertise giving us a number of viable options These ranged from doing the basics to getting the best we could hope to achieve, and explaining the benefits and pitfalls of each. We eventually chose to replace the whole system only using the original panels but also taking the opportunity to upgrade to a pressurised hot water system. Products used include: Stainless flexible pipework Flowcon A pump station & Resol BS4 controller Glendale 250l pressurised twin coil water tank. Sungift were able to come on site within the week due to a cancellation, and completed the work within 2 days as promised. The guys were polite and helpful answering every one of my many questions. The bill was exactly as expected with no nasty surprises. With the shock of having to replace our hot water system 2 weeks after moving house (Our own niavety.) Sungift made what could have been a very stressful experience very straight forward by great customer service and imparting of knowledge. I'd thoroughly recommend them."

"Gabriel is very knowledgeable, he listened to what we wanted and gave three options all fully detailed and priced. We chose to have 18 PV panels and a 20-tube thermal system. After we decided which option we would like he gave us a fitting day only three weeks after ordering. As Sharp were unable to provide the units in time he and Ellen searched the country for another supplier so that they could install on the date given. The installation went to plan and all small problems were solved without hassle to us. The team of installers were all polite and a pleasure to have in our home. In fact the whole experience (apart from writing the cheque) was a pleasure."

Part of the reason why we chose you for the job was your swift and sympathetic response to our initial request; we had virtually chosen another suppler and asked you for a quotation only to make sure the first one was reasonable. Despite the confusion over planning permission, Mike and Co managed to fix the whole system in a week, which was impressive considering all the complex plumbing. He also managed to explain the system to me in terms I could just about understand. And it seems to work!"
