Solar Max Upgrade kit is technology of the future
We always try to future-proof our installations, which is why we’re adding the new ‘Solar Max P-Series upgrade kits’ to our range.
Simple to install, the P-Series kit is an add-on to the new P-Series inverter from Solarmax which ensures that – before the end of 2013 – you’ll be able to add rechargeable batteries to your system, enabling you to benefit from the energy you’ve generated even when the sun isn’t shining. What’s more, the P Series upgrade kit is designed to be compatible with a number of different battery types, enabling you to choose from a selection of the most suitable batteries for your property.
“We’ll be one of the first installers in the UK to use this technology,” said Sungift designer Oliver Grogono, “and we’re very excited about the opportunities it presents. In the past, any surplus energy you’ve generated has been fed back into the national grid, but when this technology comes out in the not-too-distant future – customers will be ready to store electricity they don’t use during the day, ready for use when the sun goes down. This will make it much easier for houses to reduce their reliance on energy suppliers.”
The P Series Upgrade Kit is not the only home energy storage system in the pipeline. There are several other solutions that are close to fruition and we’ll be working with a number of manufacturers to assess the best solution for each individual system we design and install.
